Because people take ther arts for granted. Everyone is so busy with keeping up on cele gossip and instannt gratification. Art become a side topic, until some politician sees art as offensive and tried to barbeque the arts. That's my 2 cents anyways.

To some, it is an investment. To others it is a fad. Folks need to open up their minds.
